Putting Care & Well-being at the Centre of Our Practice, Arts Depot

A workshop on how to take care of yourself as an artist.
Date: Tuesday 8th June, 11.00am
Cost: Free

Do you ever feel lonely, discouraged, overworked or burnt out?
Would you like to feel more connected, confident and hopeful as an
artist?

In this session led by Tamara Micner, we will open up a conversation
about ways that we can take care of ourselves and each other as artists,
where we struggle to do this, and how we can put capacity and
well-being at the centre of our practices and creative processes.

All sorts of theatre artists are welcome, including if you’re not sure whether you ‘can’ identify as an artist!

Tamara Micner is a
theatre-maker, performer and facilitator who works to make care and
well-being a central part of her practice. (She’s not quite there yet.)

Venue: wherever you like! (join online)
