Throughout this intensive week-long course, participants will investigate the theory and practice of Forum Theatre.
A number of simple games and exercises centred on trust, confidence and group integration will be introduced enabling participants to lead workshop sessions within their own groups or communities.
This course is for anyone interested in using theatre as a tool for debate and social change with communities; theatre practitioners, social activists, teachers, community workers, youth works. No experience necessary.
The course is led by Adrian Jackson (Augusto Boal’s translator and the founder of Cardboard Citizens).

Cardboard Citizens is also running another session, Rainbow of Desires – An Introduction to Boal’s “Theatre and Therapy”, in November. More information at Cardboard Citizens’ website.
