Youth Programme Evaluation – Request For Proposals

The Albany are looking for an evaluation partner who can support them to collect data, tell the stories of the work that they do and reflect on and develop their practice. In the last five years the Albany Youth Programme has supported 5,000 young people to take part in 1,800 courses, enabled 200 to achieve Arts Awards and provided 100 placement and employment opportunities.Our Albany Young Creatives Programme provides a gateway to the creative industries for young people.  We recently received funding from the Big Lottery to galvanise the work we are doing across the programme and provide hands-on professional experience to local young people, a safe space to develop creative skills, entrepreneurial ideas and creative enterprises, provide access to accreditation and further training opportunities.As we develop the programme in light of this funding we are keen to work alongside an evaluation partner who can support us to collect data, tell the stories of the work we do and be a critical friend to the programme, helping us reflect on the work we do and develop our practice to maximise our capacity to support local young people.Please download the recruitment pack for more information and to apply.To arrange an informal conversation about the role, email Kirsty Collander-Brown, Youth Programme Manager: kirsty.cb@thealbany.org.uk. Salary: Fixed fee to a maximum of £10k, to be negotiated.
