The Young People and Schools Coordinator will manage an
inspiring programme of arts activity for young people and families from Paddington Development Trust’s new
Grade 1 listed venue.
Grand Junction is a new venue for community, arts and
culture based at St Mary Magdalene Church, run by Paddington Development Trust.
From summer 2019 the doors will open offering a bustling programme of
activities for young people, families, and adults.
The successful
candidate will have a track record of delivering high quality projects with
young people and schools, from an arts or museums background. Passionate
about working with young people from a range of backgrounds, the ideal
candidate will have experience in project management and facilitation.
This will be an exciting time to join the team as they embed a
programme of activities and events into the new venue. You will be responsible
for the delivery of a programme which responds to the historic building and
heritage of the local area. You will also be a key contributor to forward
planning within a small team.
The salary is £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) for
a 35 hour week.
