The Conservatoire seeks to provide an outstanding creative education to all who use our services. The Front of House Assistant is the first point of contact and fulfils a vital sales and support function.

Utilising their customer service expertise and meticulous attention to administrative process, they help ensure the efficient operation of the front desk of the Conservatoire at its busiest times. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to problem-solve within a busy and demanding environment are at the heart of the role.
The key purpose of the role is summarised as follows:
Actively promoting and selling courses at the Conservatoire
First point of contact for customers
Support with the efficient running of courses and tuition
Administrative and marketing support
15hrs per week.
Sunday 9:00am-4:30pm and Monday 10:00am-5:30pm
Annual salary of £21,000 pro rata from 40 hours per week
