Tate Exchange is a space for everyone to collaborate, test ideas and discover new perspectives on life through art.
During your internship, you will participate in shaping Tate Exchange as an open, inviting, stimulating and welcoming place where everyones ideas can flourish. This will in turn give you a number of formal and informal learning opportunities that will assist you with your future career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of Tates values.
To join us, youll need to be keen to learn, with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and be able to champion the Tate Exchange values – risk, trust, openness and generosity. As well as being a creative thinker, youre organised, hard-working and able to adapt to different tasks. Crucially, youll be a team player with great communication skills. Its essential that you can demonstrate that you will benefit from this opportunity – and explain how it will help you build a better future.
Tate aims to attract and retain talented people from all backgrounds, and these opportunities are for people to learn and develop new skills. We particularly encourage applications from black, ethnic minority, and disabled applicants as these groups are currently underrepresented in the cultural sector.
