The position is offered as a fixed-term contract from April 2012 to March 2013, with a salary of £24,000 pro-rata.
The position requires a dynamic, self-motivating and hardworking individual who is eager to guide the STEP programme through partnership building with schools and theatre and performing arts partners in the London Borough of Southwark.
The post will require the successful candidate to develop and manage the STEP partnership and deliver a programme of events which includes the July Youth Theatre Showcase, the November Festival and Conference (a celebration/critique of the role of the arts in education) and in January plan the future of STEP and deliver an Evaluation Meeting.
