We are all learning to work in a world that is full on, and while this is
opening up some amazing opportunities it can also leave us feeling a bit
overawed and uncertain. Small Change has been developed to help you take
action and work together with others to support a step change in cultural
education in London. It will also introduce you to some tools to help you
make choices about the way you work.

Small
Change is based on an action learning approach and turns the usual approaches
to change on its head. Instead of focussing on big goals that can feel
daunting, it instead encourages you to think about the small things you can do
right now at no or low cost to improve the way you work.

We will
work in groups committed to taking action to improve the future of cultural
education. Over 6 sessions you will be invited to share ideas, agree a course
of action and report back on some of your small changes. We will look at idea
generation, problem types, problem solving, managing full workloads and working
with complexity.

The
programme is based on a simple principle – ‘small changes can have a big
impact.’

Eligibility:

Open to all publicly funded and not for profit cultural sector organisations
delivering education activity.

All sessions run 1:00-5:00pm and will take place on:
