LAMDA are currently looking for a highly efficient individual to
support LAMDAs vision to become an actively anti-racist organisation
which offers an equitable learning experience by supporting students
from the Global Majority, facilitating anti-racism sessions for LAMDAs
staff and students as well as implementing institutional change through
LAMDAs anti-racism action plan.
The successful applicant will have the ability to communicate clearly
and have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels. You will
have previous experience of working with young people from diverse
backgrounds and with a range of youth agencies and community groups
