Project Coordinator, ArtWorks

We (Paul Hamlyn Foundation) are seeking a part-time (three days per week) Project Coordinator for one of the Arts programme's Special Initiatives,  ArtWorks - Developing Practice in Participatory Settings­.

The post-holder will be the interface between the initiative and the arts Programme team, implementing the strategic direction provided by the Programme Director, Dr Susanne Burns. Responsibilities will include developing close links and managing the reporting process with the five pathfinder projects, each a cluster of distinct organisations, that are carrying out the work in this action-research programme.

You will be confident and articulate with strong project management, analytical and writing skills. You will have a demonstrable track record in working flexibly and identifying learning opportunities. Previous experience in administering a complex project or programme and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential.
