Project Co-ordinator Vacancy at Rewrite

Participatory Arts Charity Rewrite are seeking a part-time Project Co-ordinator to support their director in the smooth running of the charity and co-ordination of its participatory arts projects.

Fixed Term Contract: 12 months, funding dependent.

Salary: £21,000 (per annum, pro rata) 21 hours per
week.

Location: Southwark – London

Rewrite are looking for a proactive and
self-sufficient part-time Project Co-ordinator to support their Director in the
smooth running of the charity and the co-ordination of its participatory arts
projects. 

Rewrite is a small yet fast-paced participatory arts
charity. The ability to manage your own time efficiently and to be a
self-starter is essential, as is a “can-do” attitude, a respectful and personal
approach to participants, and a willingness to be responsive and engage with
new challenges.

You will have had at least one year’s experience in
project co-ordination and project logistics, ideally in the fields of arts
education or participatory arts. You will have fantastic communication skills
and an ability to deal with a wide range of people, especially those from
refugee and migrant backgrounds. You will have experience of creating and using
administrative systems and be able to manage and prioritise your workload.
