The role is to support and work with the Head of Participation and Training initially and then under the guidance of the Senior Management Team. You must have demonstratable Performance skills and practise in any of the art forms and be a creative workshop leader with project management experience. Would suit someone who wishes to progress from being a practitioner to managing a programme of activities. You must have excellent IT, written and communication skills. Degree level education / practical experience.
