We are looking for a Participation & Learning Producer to help organise our schools programmes, public participation and talent development schemes, and develop new ways of engaging communities in creative music-making. Experience of event production and an understanding of what is needed to deliver high quality, creative and inclusive arts experiences for people from all backgrounds and abilities is required, with strong project management and communication skills. Salary in the range £23,500-27,000 (pro rata) according to skills and experience. Either full time or part time (4 days a week), to be negotiated.
Initially this role is offered on a fixed term 12-month contract basis, with potential to extend.
