Salary – Scale 5 APT&C point 13 – 15 £26,298 – £27,255 FTE

(pro rata term-time only + 2 weeks = 40 weeks in total 21 Hours a week) 

Actual salary £13,795 – £14,297.

Sedgehill School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated music
administrator to join our thriving music department.

The successful
candidate will be working closely with the subject leader of music to
provide administrative and instrumental support across the department.
They will have previous administrative experience plus a desire to work
with students both within curriculum lessons and through supporting
extra-curricular activities. A musical background is essential. You will
be required to work three days a week ideally Monday, Wednesday and
Friday.

The school benefits from belonging to the Music in Secondary Schools’
project (MiSST) which provides funding for all KS3 students to learn to
play a string instrument. The successful candidate would provide
essential support to ensure the continuing success of this exciting
initiative.
