Children aged 18 years and under are being asked to design a T-shirt for young people from Team Lewisham to wear every time they represent Lewisham.

The t-shirt based on the winning design will be professionally produced and will be worn by hundreds of Lewisham’s athletes at this year’s London Youth Games, and will be seen by thousands of people. As well as this, the winner will win a Nintendo Wii console and a Wii Fit! The winner will also be honoured at the Lewisham Sports Awards 2012.
This years theme is living in a smokefree Lewisham. We want you to think about the positive messages of being fit, healthy and happy by not smoking so get creative!
