Lewisham Main Grant Programme for the voluntary and community sector opened for applications on 26 November.

Organisations can apply for funding to address the following themes:
- strong and cohesive communities
- communities that care
- access to advice
- widening access to arts and sports.
Networking events
A strong focus will be on applications that show a collaborative and dynamic approach to how they work. To aid this approach a number of networking events will be held as follows:
Access to advice

These events will allow prospective applicants to meet others that are interested in applying for the same theme, help identify potential partners and share ideas.

Advice surgeries
A number of application surgeries will be held between 8 December 2014 and 29 January 2015 for potential applicants to receive 1-2-1 support. To book a place email main.grants@lewisham.gov.uk.
