Together promotes shared reading aloud and creative projects for socially
excluded people – primarily people who cannot or do not read alone. They have developed an online database that will help their reading group facilitators (and
other organisations running similar groups) to find suitable reading
materials.
If
you have strong IT skills and an interest in reading then they’d like to hear
from you. They’re looking for someone to help finalise the database (liaising
with the developer to add/amend criteria) and support us in adding reading
materials. You don’t need programming skills, but a good understanding and
experience of IT-related work.
Reading Together are based at The Albany, so this would be ideal for anyone who is already working
