Managed by the Albany in Southeast London, the Family Arts Campaign is a national, collaborative audience development initiative to raise the level of families of all ages engaging with arts and culture. Supported by Arts Council England, and led by a consortium of 10 partner organisations, the Campaign works to:
· Increase the amount and range of artistic work available for families
· Improve the quality of experience for families of all ages engaging in cultural activities
· Increase marketing to reach more, and a broader range of families
This central role will manage all aspects of the Campaigns delivery, ensuring every effort is made to meet KPIs set out in the Business Plan. It is an exciting time for the Campaign as it moves into a new period of its development as one of Arts Council Englands Sector Support Organisations from 2018-22. This will be an opportunity for the ideal candidate to gain experience delivering one of the UKs largest and most successful audience development initiatives.
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual, with a strong track record in project and budget management as well as project-based fundraising and income generation. Excellent communications skills and an ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders are essential to the role.
Contract 12 months fixed term, with potential renewal
Hours Full time
Salary £32,000 per annum (plus work-related travel expenses and
homeworking contribution of £18 per month)
