Children and young people aged 18 years and under are being asked to design a T-shirt for Team Lewisham young people to wear every time they represent Lewisham.

The t-shirt based on the winning design will be professionally produced and will be worn by hundreds of Lewisham’s athletes at this year’s London Youth Games, and will be seen by thousands of people. As well as this, the winner will win a Nintendo Wii console and a copy of Wii Fit! The winner will also be honoured at the Lewisham Sports Awards 2010.
How teachers can get involved:
Lewisham is hoping that teachers will encourage all their pupils to submit a design – or they might consider setting the task as a whole class project and send us your classes’ designs.
The entry must be no larger than A3 and should take t-shirt printing into account – simple and bold is better than overly detailed.
Entries must be returned by Friday 30 April. We will contact the winner by 30 May. Full terms and conditions are on the entry form.
