Lewisham Youth Theatre is seeking an Actor for our 'Young Touring Company', part of our 'Step Up Project'.You will work alongside our Driector and professional creative team, performing with, and supporting/mentoring, 3 creative apprentices ( aged 17 to 24) to create a forum theatre peice and accompanying workshop that will tour to Lewisham secondary schools in March 2017. We are looking for a young actor, male or female, with a playing age of 16 to 24 with experience of devising and perfoming Forum Theatre for young audiences. This is an acting role with additional supporti/mentoring for the crreative apprentices.Fee: Up to £950 ( depending of experience)Dates: Tuesday 31st, then Mondays and Tuesdays from 6th feb to 28th Feb and Monday to Friday week of 6th MarchSchools Tour: Mondays and Tuesdays from 13th March to 21st march. Final show 22nd March in the Broadway Studio Theatre.
