At 7pm on 13 March 2012 for the third time Lewisham Arts organizations are staging Lewisham Live! at Blackheath Halls. This is an event to showcase the diversity of music making amongst young people in the London Borough of Lewisham and gives young musicians a wonderful opportunity to perform in the fabulous Great Hall at Blackheath Halls and to hear other groups perform.

We have space for 10
groups to perform during the evening and we are looking for as wide a
range of musical genres and ages as possible. This year we will be
focusing on groups
of instrumentalists.
If you know of a group
that might be interested in performing at this event could you please

Vocal groups will have a
separate opportunity to perform this year at the Broadway Theatre in
Catford on Friday 16 March as part of the Lewisham Live festival. If you

vocal group that would like the opportunity to perform at this event
