Forest Hill School (FHS) is a boys’ secondary
comprehensive with specialist arts college status.  We are currently seeking an experienced
Administrator to join the school’s Community Arts Department.

The Community Arts Department delivers a varied program
of arts education and community projects aimed at widening access and
participation, raising standards of learning and achievement, and providing
high quality learning and enrichment opportunities for the benefit of the
School and its wider community.  This is
an exciting time in the Departments development as it seeks to establish new
learning/working partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders within the
wider community.

You will provide a comprehensive administrative support
service to the Community Arts Department, facilitating the achievement of
departmental targets and objectives, through development, delivery and
promotion of the Community Programme.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication
(written and verbal), organisation and IT skills, enjoy working with young
people and be able to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range
of people.Some experience of project management and/or marketing
would be desirable.This post is offered initially on a part-time, fixed term
contract until 31st July 2016.
