workforce, leadership, audiences and artistic work. The event is sold out, but

conference will give you advice and practical actions to create an organisation
where diversity isnt just a buzzword or a quota, but a celebrated and vital
part of everything you do. The diversity of our society represents a great
opportunity for arts and culture organisations to embrace new voices and ideas,
speak to new audiences and get the best from our staff and artists.
Arts Council Englands Chair, Sir Nicholas Serota, will give a keynote speech
on the future of our approach to diversity. Other speakers come from the arts
