Exploring connectivity to breath, space, and people, this engaging class is influenced by release-based technique using a combination of falling, shifting and creative improvisation. The classes focus on strength resistance coordination and musicality to encourage freedom of movement, and awareness of the body in the moment.
Beth Peters is a freelance dance artist specialising in Contemporary Dance. She has a BA (Hons) in Dance Studies from Roehampton University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Dance from Trinity Laban. This event is programmed in partnership with Trinity Laban.
