LEAN's Creative Careers Programme works to inspire and inform all children and young people about the varied roles in the creative industries.
The projects and activities we commission and develop are all based on learnings from our 2019 research study – Discussions on Creative Careers.
Our flagship project Army of Creatives has run for three editions since 2022. We bring local creative professionals into year 9 classes and SEND settings in Lewisham to share their career journey and skills. We are also building resources and links where young people, teachers and families can find out more about the varied roles in the creative industries.
