Soundcastle CPD: The Art of Music Facilitation

This practical CPD session will explore the art of facilitation in musical contexts, applicable to working with all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

Posted: 10/03/2022

Whether you are an educator, musician or animateur, this
CPD session will begin to broaden your skills of facilitation, inspire your
creativity in compositional practice and work on some personal tools to
continue developing your own, unique leadership approach.
You will even
have the chance to immediately put your skills of facilitation into
action on the day itself and receive individual constructive feedback
from the Soundcastle team.

This  session will include practical activities to enable you to immediately
experience the benefits of collaborative, creative practice. The primary
focus of the CPD is to introduce the following ideas:

  • How to create an inclusive, focused and trusting group energy
  • How to enhance communication skills in your team and yourself

  • How to discover and explore ideas through sounds

  • How to develop creative leadership
  • Group reflection and feedback

Soundcastle
