Artsplan, the training and publications department of Artswork and the in-house training provider of ENYAN (English National Youth Arts Network) have launched a new Youth Arts Training Course: ‘Putting Young People at the Core of Youth Arts’.

The course will examine the benefits of integrating young people’s voices into your organisation, both in terms of benefits for your organisation and for the young people involved. The course will include inspirational examples of young people who are working at the core of youth arts and a wide range of practical tips about how to involve young people more fully in your own work.

As with all new Artsplan courses, they conduct a pilot session and use the feedback from participants to develop and shape their courses. Artsplan is subsidising the cost of the training in return for a short 20 minute feedback session with participants at the end of the day. The cost of training has therefore been reduced to £75* (normal training charges vary from £110-£150) which includes all training resources, lunch, refreshments and certification.
