The creative arts are renowned for having a number of high-profile artists that have suffered from poor mental health. This course looks at creative burnout and why it is different to professional burnout. It also looks at anxiety which often leads to depression. The course looks at the self and identity, how to set up good business practices and recognise the signs of stress and anxiety whilst suggesting healthy preventative measures to protect good mental health.

- Identify two significant influences in your creative arts identity, which can lead to a greater understanding of self
- List at least 5 transferable skills that will lead to a greater awareness of value and self worth
