These are uncertain times.

COVID. Brexit. Trump. The economy. The government. The climate. The future of work. The rise of the robot. The future of learning.

Our ability to control or predict has, arguably, never been less. What’s more, it only looks like it will decrease.

With uncertainty so present in our context, leaders of micro businesses through to multi-nationals need to evolve their relationship with uncertainty and explore new ways of interacting with it. To survive and thrive, we need to stop fighting it, understand our responses to it and learn how to be in it.

This is a 90mins webinar which is challenging, practical and interactive.

The Expert

Russell Saunders, a partner at inchigo – an international consultancy – has spent the last 20 years exploring uncertainty in his own work and that of clients such as Airbus, Unilever, The National Association of Head Teacher’s, start-ups and many other smaller organisations. He has worked from the boardroom to the shop floor and all of the bits in-between.

Russell leads short courses at Goldsmiths and has recently collaborated with Mike Waller, Head of the Department of Design, on a programme around Digital Leadership. He brings insights and expertise from a background in business, professional sport and the performing arts.
