The session aims to build on existing knowledge of outcomes and impact and raise awareness of a range of ICT tools that can be deployed by voluntary and community organisations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of outcomes monitoring.
Course fees are £15 for VAL Full Members, £23 for VAL Associate Members, and £30 for non members from any borough.
