FREE: Getting Your Governance Right

Are you thinking about creating a constitution for your group or organisation, but unsure where to start? Perhaps you’re seeking charitable status, or want to know more about setting up a co-operative? Understanding what options are available, the differences between them, and what kind of paperwork and procedures are involved can be overwhelming. In this workshop we’ll take a look at some of the most common governance and enterprise structures available in the UK, learning about their different elements, responsibilities, and opportunities, so that you can make an informed decision about which works best for you.
