The Extend Leadership Programme 2013-14, a cross-artform leadership Programme for mid-career professionals working in learning and education
Comprising a training needs analysis, two residentials, mentoring and a joint project for participants, Extend aims to give participants the confidence and skills to achieve their leadership potential future. This might be through gaining a leadership position or through achievements that raise the status of the profession as a whole.

Extend 2013-14 is funded by Arts Council England, Creative Scotland and the Arts Council of Wales.
