Cathy Taylor, Stakeholder Engagement Advisor, from the Disclosure and Barring service will be holding a workshop for members of the Small Charities Coalition covering the role of the DBS, benefits of the DBS and your organisation working together, understanding the different levels of DBS checks and when individuals are eligible for them, what regulated activity is in both the children and adult’s workforce and how DBS checks can form part of safer recruitment practices.

This workshop is for any organisation who would like to know more about DBS checks and what levels of checks different roles can apply for.
