Think through what your business might practically need to
thrive, working your way through a business model canvas. Explore how
you might adapt and support your work in these ever-changing times.

Business
planning can seem like a mountain to climb at times, so this session
will give practical tips to guide you through the process to make it
straight forward. We will look at the Business Model Canvas which is a
great tool that helps you consider the key elements of running your
business. The ideas you put together using the Business Model Canvas
will help you build strong foundations for your business. We will also
introduce you to resources to help you answer questions you may have
when forward planning.
