We are looking for 7 artists wishing to develop their creative micro business offering workshops to adults, to take part in a new very low cost personal development scheme called an Action Learning Set. This will run at the Civic Suite in Catford, south east London between February and July 2013.

What will the Set involve?
- Six half-day sessions held monthly
- You will work in a group called an action learning set to reflect on how you approach situations and challenges as an individual
- Sessions are facilitated to give everyone space within the group
You will need to commit to attend all 6 sessions (dates are available now)
What will you get out of the Action Learning Set?
- Conquer your fears and start to develop your own business plans
- Overcome a problem that may be holding you back in your work life
- Get out of a rut or try something new
- Learn to allow reflective space before seeking solutions
- The opportunity to learn about what makes you tick
Dates
All sessions run 2-5pm. You need to attend all sessions.

Cost:
This set is very heavily subsidised by our funder, Lewisham Council and we are delighted to be able to offer it at £30.00 in total for 6 sessions.
