LEAN services survey
Like all of you, LEAN needs to know if our services are giving those we work with what they want and need. Please help us by completing this brief survey, we have tried it and are certain that it will take you no longer than 15 minutes, probably less unless you want to write a lot in the text boxes! We especially want to know if we should be doing new things or delivering existing services differently.
