This consultation will enable the newly formed Cultural Development team to identify key development priorities for the arts services across the borough, and to shape our service to best reflect community need. Cultural Development has replaced the Councils Sports and Leisure Service and the Arts Service and now incorporates faith, equalities and volunteering.
