The CLA is asking freelancers and colleagues working in organisations to fill in a short survey about roles in cultural learning, contracts and redundancies by the 30 April.

If you are employed by an organisation delivering learning activity
please fill in the organisations survey of 19 questions about any
redundancy risks or cuts to contracts for cultural learning in your
organisation:

If you worked as a freelancer in 2020 and 2021 and ANY of your work
was delivering cultural learning please fill in the freelancer survey of
13 questions:

Please tell your colleagues in partner organisations and those
working as freelancers about this survey. Please complete the survey by
the 30 April.
Cultural Learning Alliance ran this survey in December 2020, and will be running it again in
July 2021, to track changes to the workforce as a result of the Covid-19
pandemic. You can read the January blog on the results from the first phase of the survey.
At a time of unprecedented stress for the arts and cultural sector, particularly cultural learning freelancers, they want to record the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the workforce and use the information to advocate for better support.
Cultural Learning Alliance have, and will continue to share anonymised results with the
Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to advocate for
cultural learning workforce support.
