Lewisham Coucil are calling on everyone who enjoys the unique culture of Lewisham to help
win the bid…Every voice counts. Lend yours by backing the bid and clicking on

The funding has the potential to impact the lives of thousands of Lewisham residents.
Weve made it really easy for you to get involved and support the bid.

3. Let us know your favourite spot in Lewisham. Use the hashtags #IAmLewisham and #MyLocalCulture to unearth the hidden gems the borough has to offer.
4. To mark October being the month of the bid submission change your avatar on 1 October so everyone can see youre backing the bid. This could be just for the day, the week or the full 28-day countdown.
The next step for us is pooling all creative energy in the borough together to submit a fantastic bid by the 28 October and showing that Lewisham deserves to be named Borough of Culture 2021.
