Young people have a lot to offer and a lot to gain as a charity trustee and yet are seriously under-represented in the sector. Their insight, technical know-how, connections and individual skills can add a new, sometimes much-needed dimension to a charity board. This event is organised in partnership with Charity Works, the graduate scheme for charity talent which places graduates in third sector organisations such as Terrence Higgins Trust, The Children’s Society and Alzheimer’s Society. The event will bring these highly capable young people together with a diverse range of small charities.
