As Young Person’s Programme Manager, you will lead on the administration and development of The Old Vic’s youth engagement projects including Front Line,. Front Line Facilitators and Old Vic Theatre Makers alongside The Old Vic’s flagship schools employability programme – Take The Lead. These projects will serve particular strategic objectives as defined in The Old Vic Business Plan (as updated annually). You will also contribute to organisation wide initiatives from an Education and Community perspective.
The role requires significant experience of devising and delivering high quality participatory arts projects with young people; excellent organisational skills; experience of managing artists and facilitators; and proven experience of evaluation design, analysis and reporting.
This is a full-time role. The role is initially based from home.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
