The Royal Borough of Greenwich runs an exciting programme of winter events. Two of them - Eltham Lights Up on 16 November and Woolwich Winter Warmer on 2 December feature community parades. We are looking for an organisation to deliver these events.

We are now looking for a community arts organisation to deliver this years parades in imaginative and effective ways that really engage our local community.
In past years, arts and performance workshops for parade participants have been our chosen method of community engagement. Although our workshop and parade format has proved successful, we are happy to consider alternative suggestions in how to engage the local community in these popular events.
The theme for each event is to be confirmed, so there is flexibility over the parade themes we welcome your input. Were looking for fresh and creative ideas. The deadline for proposals is 5.00 pm on 14 September.
