We are keen to hear from people with skills, experience or knowledge in the commercial sector, fundraising, PR marketing and education – above all, we are keen to hear from people who are excited about the power of potential of theatre also theatre-in-education. Previous experience as a trustee is not necessary. We welcome applications from people based anywhere in the London area.
Role: Chair
The role of the Chair is to lead the organisation and its Trustee Board, working in liaison with the Artistic Director and optimising the Trustee Board’s relationship with paid and voluntary staff to achieve the aims of the Company.
Treasurer
The role of the Treasurer is to maintain an overview of the organisations financial affairs and its financial viability, ensuring that there are systems and procedures for maintaining proper financial records.
Secretary
The Company Secretary is appointed by the Executive Committee to carry out statutory requirements in relation to the company. This is a legal position (although the individual does not need to be legally trained) and the Company Secretary is required by law to carry out the following duties as required.
