The Transform Foundation is
offering grants to charities in England and Wales who need money to build a
website.

The Transform Foundation, a registered
charity, offers grants to other UK registered charities in England and Wales
who need investment for their digital needs.

What
does it cover?

Each £18,000 grant covers strategy,
design and development to build an amazing website. The grant covers 100% of
the upfront costs. Your organisation will only need to fund ongoing costs. Read our
FAQs
 if you’d like more details.

What’s
involved

Our website grant process should take no
more than a month from application to start. It’s divided into two stages.

STAGE 1
You’ll fill out a simple 15-question application in less than 10 minutes.
And remember, there’s no commitment if you decide to pull out of the process.

We’ll review your application over a
week, and get in touch to let you know the outcome.

STAGE 2
You’ll have an in-depth, one-hour meeting (in person or online) with our
partners for this grant, Raising IT,
to look at technical and cultural fit for high impact. After this meeting, they
will send an impact summary report to us, the foundation, as a Stage 2
application.

FINAL OUTCOME
You’ll hear about whether you are successful in receiving the £18,000 funding
usually within 14 days of the Stage 2 application.

Who should
apply?

We’re looking to work with charities
with:

LIMITED INVESTMENT RESOURCES

£30 million?

URGENT NEED FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
