Lewisham Council will be commissioning training and
skills building opportunities for Lewishams London Borough of Culture 2022
year.

Lewisham is looking for organisations and facilitators
that are able to connect to, and inspire young people from Lewishams diverse
communities, delivering programmes which tackle under-representation in the
creative and cultural industries.
This element of the programme will be aimed at Lewisham residents aged 16-30 and focussed on providing insight and raising aspirations for careers in the creative industries while also offering practical skills support that increases employability and aids career progression.
We are looking for a range of providers that focus on industry specific training across the creative and cultural industries and providers that have experience in working with young adults with disabilities. We are also looking for organisations and facilitators that are able to connect to, and inspire young people from Lewishams diverse communities, delivering programmes which tackle under-representation in the creative and cultural industries.
We welcome individual and consortium expressions of interest.
The first round of assessments will take place in
December.
