Following
the award of a significant Project Grant from Arts Council England,
Half Moon is inviting applications for a Trainee TYA Producer/Programmer
to work on Narratives of Empathy and Resilience, an artform
development programme to engage a diverse range of freelance artists to
explore issues emerging from the pandemic. They are looking for someone in
the early stages of their career, who wishes to develop their knowledge
of producing and programming work for young audiences.

 

The Trainee TYA Producer/Programmer will take part in the management and creative process of Narratives of Empathy and Resilience, taking
on the administration, coordination and social media engagement of the
programme, with some participation in script development/devising
sessions and rehearsals. They will also experience the general workings of a young people’s theatre through being embedded within Half Moon’s operation.

Salary:

6 months full time fixed term contract starting April 2021 or as soon as possible

40 hours a week, £25,000 per annum pro rata
