The David Canter Memorial Fund offers awards to those who have finished their formal training and are working full or part-time in the UK, but need funds for special projects such as setting up a workshop, buying equipment, or for research and travel.

Awards are made every other year, each time focusing on specific craft disciplines.
For 2010 these will be PAPER, CALLIGRAPHY & LETTERCUTTING.
The submission deadline is 17 September 2010. Successful applicants will be notified in October.
