You will design, develop and deliver a diverse, inclusive and artistically high quality Young Peoples Programme, in collaboration with young people, the local community and key partners and stakeholders; expand the Albanys diverse and dynamic creative programme and its different levels of entry and access, develop co-creation models with participant groups and artists, with a wide range of outcomes including skills and employability as well as high-quality artistic performance. With the support of CEO/AD, Head of Creative Programmes and Head of Business Development to lead a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to programme development and fundraising for this area.
Salary: ca. £28000 – £30,000 per annum, subject to experience
Hours: 32-40 hours p.w. options available including flexible working/job share. Some evening and weekend work required.
