The Big Lottery funded HeadStart programme is committed to the delivery of evidence based approaches which promote emotional resilience in 10-16 year olds at risk of developing mental health difficulties.
 
The London Borough of Newham is  seeking to commission borough wide provision of community based targeted creative and sports activities which are co-delivered by specialist instructors and youth practitioners that  will promote resilience of vulnerable 10-16 year olds. Four lots will be available worth up to £150k each. The initial contract will be for 18 months with the potential for contracts to be extended up to a further 3.5 years subject to successful delivery.
For each lot, the council is looking for providers that can deliver creative, exciting, and engaging courses for vulnerable 10-16 year olds in two locations across the borough.
 
Tender Opportunity  Interested organisations should note that this tender is being run electronically and all proposals must be submitted through capitalEsourcing, and all interested organisations must be registered on this system.  

The Council will be running an open tender and the deadline for submission of tenders is 5pm on 16th September. Applications received after this date and time will not be considered.
