Sound Connections is seeking an outstanding Programme Manager to lead on two of our programmes that develop and enable ground-breaking opportunities for young Londoners, as well as be part of the senior management team.

Job title: Programme Manager
Working hours: Part time (3.5 days / 25.2 hours per week)
Salary: £30-32,000 (pro rata)
Holiday entitlement: 17.5 days per annum

Sound Connections is seeking an outstanding individual to manage two
of our programmes that develop and enable ground-breaking opportunities
for young Londoners, as well as be part of the senior management team.

The successful candidate will lead on core programme strands,
including the London Early Years Music Network (LEYMN) and our core
training offer. The post-holder will also be responsible for developing
new business, supporting our consultancy offer and furthering our role
as key researchers and advocates in the field. They will contribute to
the overall management, fundraising and development of the organisation,
and have line management responsibilities. In this varied and exciting
role, the Programme Manager will work with a small and dedicated team,
supporting a range of colleagues and freelancers across the music
education community.

The successful candidate will have significant previous experience of
managing education projects, conducting research and winning new
business.

Highly self-motivated and organised, they will be comfortable working
in an office environment, out at projects, and representing the
organisation at meetings and events. They will be highly confident
communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders including young
people, practitioners, partners and funders. They will demonstrate
excellent written skills and be confident in using a range of digital
platforms.
